RASIRC is proud to announce a major expansion of its rapidly adopted Nitride Hub program to California. Building on the program’s success at UT Dallas, RASIRC will open a second dedicated laboratory for advanced metal nitride development at the Qualcomm Institute at UC San Diego, adjacent to the state-of-the-art Nano3 fabrication facility.
