Statement on Conflict Materials
RASIRC supports ending violence and human rights violations associated with the extraction of certain minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries. These “conflict minerals” include tantalum, tin, gold, and tungsten. In addition, RASIRC promotes the responsible sourcing of other minerals, including cobalt, nickel, and copper. We do not knowingly use conflict minerals in the manufacture of our products.
RASIRC is committed to supporting U.S. legislation related to conflict materials. We do not knowingly use conflict minerals that come from facilities in the DRC area that are not certified “conflict free.” We will ask our suppliers to use due diligence to ensure that their products come only from outside the region or from sources that are third-party certified.
Supplier Conflict and Extended Minerals Reporting (CMRT / EMRT) Attestation
RASIRC is committed to the responsible sourcing of materials used in our products.
As part of our supplier compliance program, we request that all suppliers complete the following Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and, where applicable, the Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) Attestation.
This information supports our customers' compliance with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements related to conflict minerals (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Gold – 3TG), as well as broader responsible sourcing expectations for other minerals used in our products, including but not limited to cobalt, nickel, and copper.
